Today, when I was upset about something, I knew that what I needed was some beauty, which is always an antidote to pain. I drove out to Giant City State Park to walk in the woods and climb the water tower to view 30 miles in every direction.
What grace sent to me was an unexpected gift of a CD of beautiful piano/orchestral music. I am beginning to trust that something will happen just like this when I most need it.
